Questions, answered
One license key allows up to two activations, intended for one production site and one staging site. A third local or test site requires deactivating a slot first. Manual updates remain available for life in Lemon Squeezy My Orders. Email support is included for 6 months and tracked separately.
Each addon purchase comes with its own key from Lemon Squeezy, valid on every Veyo platform — WordPress today, OpenCart and PrestaShop when they ship. Like the core plugin, every addon gets free updates for life and 6 months of included email support. The Everything bundle uses a single key for the core plugin and all included addons.
Each platform has its own core plugin, sold separately starting at $39 (Standard) up to $49–$79 with + Source Access: WordPress + WooCommerce is available today (WordPress 6.0+, WooCommerce 6.0+, PHP 8.0+), while the OpenCart and PrestaShop core plugins are in development. Addons are the exception — one addon license works on every platform, so addons you buy now will also work on OpenCart and PrestaShop when their cores ship.
The Text Curve addon is free, and the docs include full walkthroughs of setup and daily use. If Veyo genuinely doesn't work on your site and support can't fix it, our 14-day conditional refund policy has you covered.
We refund purchases within 14 days when there's a genuine technical problem we can't resolve after you've worked with support. Because this is downloadable software, we don't refund change-of-mind purchases. Full conditions are in the refund policy.
The PHP code is licensed under GPL-2.0, as WordPress requires. What you purchase is official distribution: verified downloads, lifetime manual updates through My Orders, your license key, and 6 months of email support. See the terms of use for details.
