This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit this website, purchase Veyo Product Personalizer or its addons, activate a license, or contact support — and what your rights are. It is written to comply with the GDPR and similar privacy laws.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller for this website and the Veyo products is Veyo, reachable at support@veyodesigner.com.
2. This website
This is a static website. It does not set cookies, run analytics, show ads, or use tracking pixels. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp) for security and operations; these are not used to identify visitors.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. If you prefer, self-hosting the fonts removes this request entirely.
3. Purchases — Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record
When you buy a product, checkout is operated entirely by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects and processes your name, email address, billing country, and payment details; we never see or store your payment card data.
From Lemon Squeezy we receive order information — your name, email, the product purchased, order number, and license key — which we use to deliver the product, provide updates, and give support. See the Lemon Squeezy Privacy Policy for how they handle your data.
4. License activation and updates
When you activate a license key or your site checks for updates, our license server receives and stores:
- the license key,
- the activating site's URL,
- plugin version, and basic environment information (WordPress and PHP versions),
- the time of the request.
This is the minimum needed to enforce activation limits and deliver the right update packages (our legitimate interest in operating the licensing service, and performance of our contract with you). We do not collect any data about your customers or their designs — everything your shoppers create stays on your server.
5. Support email
When you email support, we keep the correspondence and any details you share (site URLs, versions, screenshots) for as long as needed to resolve your issue and to maintain a support history for your license. We only use this information to help you.
6. What we never do
- We do not sell or rent personal data.
- We do not send marketing email without your explicit consent.
- We do not collect data from your store's customers.
7. Data retention
- Order and license records: kept for as long as your license exists, plus any period required for tax and accounting law.
- Activation logs: kept while the license is active.
- Support email: kept while your license is active so we can reference history, deleted on request.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location (e.g., under the GDPR or CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, object to the processing of, or delete your personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email support@veyodesigner.com from the address associated with your purchase. For data held by Lemon Squeezy (payment and billing records), requests may need to be completed with them directly; we will point you the right way.
9. International transfers
Lemon Squeezy is a US company; by purchasing, your order data is processed in the United States under their applicable safeguards. Our own systems may be hosted in other regions; where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

We may update this policy as the products or the law change. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
