Documentation

Everything you need to go from a fresh purchase to selling personalized products — installation, setup, addons, and troubleshooting.

What Veyo does

Veyo Product Personalizer adds a design editor to your WooCommerce product pages. You define print areas on your product photos; customers add text, images, and clipart inside those areas; and every completed order includes print-ready production files rendered on your server at full resolution.

The core plugin covers the full flow — editor, cart, checkout, order artwork. Addons are small optional extensions (pricing rules, preflight checks, embroidery rendering, and more) that you install only if your shop needs them.

Each supported platform has its own core plugin — these docs cover the WordPress/WooCommerce edition (OpenCart and PrestaShop cores are in development and will get their own docs). Addon licenses are cross-platform: one purchase works on every Veyo platform.

Requirements

  • WordPress 6.0 or newer
  • WooCommerce 6.0 or newer
  • PHP 8.0 or newer
  • A writable uploads directory and the GD extension
  • HTTPS is strongly recommended (required by most payment gateways anyway)
ZipArchive and Sodium are needed for signed addon packages. ImageMagick/Imagick, librsvg, Ghostscript, and CMYK ICC are optional production-export tools. See the server package guide.

Recommended path

  1. Install the plugin and activate your license — about 5 minutes.
  2. Set up your first personalizable product — print areas, fonts, colors, and a test order.
  3. Add the addons your shop needs — each installs in a minute.

Getting help

Support is by email: support@veyodesigner.com. Include your order number, site URL, and WordPress / WooCommerce / PHP versions — it usually saves a full round-trip. Check Troubleshooting & FAQ first; the most common questions are answered there.
