Admin guide
A tour of every screen in the Veyo admin and what each setting does. The names are the same on WordPress, OpenCart and PrestaShop.
Where to find Veyo
| Platform | Menu location |
|---|---|
| WordPress / WooCommerce | Top-level menu Veyo Personalizer in the admin sidebar |
| OpenCart 4 | Menu Veyo Personalizer after Catalog |
| PrestaShop 8/9 | Sell → Veyo Personalizer |
Inside, the sidebar is the same everywhere. Quick search: press Ctrl/Cmd + K inside the Veyo admin to jump to any page.
Home (Dashboard)
A setup checklist (create a catalog product → add a view → draw a print area → link a store product → enable the Design button), plus health checks for your server. A yellow warning is optional; a red one needs action. News from Veyo appears here too.
Catalog
Products is where you build printable products. See Products & print areas.
Customer Designs
Browse and search designs that customers saved, with preview, download and delete.
Library
The content shoppers pick from. Only things you publish appear in the designer.
- Cliparts: upload SVG or PNG art into categories. SVG cliparts can be recolored by customers.
- Fonts: enable Google Fonts or upload your own font files. Customers only see enabled fonts.
- Brand Colors: your global palette for text and cliparts. Combine with the Color picker mode under Shopper Tools to either allow any color or limit shoppers to your palette.
- Text Styles: ready-made text presets (font, color, effects) shown as cards in the text tool.
Designer
Appearance
Theme and styling of the designer on your storefront (colors, auto/light/dark look).
Shopper Tools
- Designer tools: switch on or off Text, Elements, Uploads (with max upload size and optional upload terms link), My Designs and Layers.
- Product details: show product info and the size chart link in the designer.
- Text & colors: text style cards on/off, and Color picker mode (System = any color, Library = Brand Colors only).
Header & Footer
Show your store logo and title, choose which share buttons appear, show undo/redo, preview and full screen, an appearance (Light/Auto/Dark) switch and its default, and add custom CSS.
Production and Pricing
These menus appear when you install addons such as Print Queue, Printing & Pricing and Dynamic Pricing. Each addon's page lists the screens it adds.
Extensions (Apps)
Install, update, enable/disable and uninstall addons. Free addons install with one click; paid ones use their own license key. Upload ZIP installs a package from your computer (you can select several at once); new addons start disabled and Veyo offers to turn them on. Each addon shows its version, platforms, dependencies and whether it is Official or a Custom build. More in Addons.
Settings
- General → Storefront: which page hosts the designer (WordPress: the Design Studio page), the default product, use as homepage, whether the button shows on shop/category lists, and whether to restore unsaved work.
- General → Data & uninstall: the Keep data when uninstalling switch. See Uninstalling & your data.
- System Status: PHP version, required extensions (GD, Zip, Sodium), optional production tools and your platform version.

Who can use the admin
- WordPress: administrators (and roles with the required capability).
- OpenCart: for non-admin user groups, grant access and modify permission on
extension/veyo/module/veyounder System → Users → User Groups. To install addons by ZIP the user also needs modify permission on Extensions → Installer. - PrestaShop: installing addon ZIPs requires a SuperAdmin employee.
