What it does

Dynamic Pricing lets you price the personalization itself — not just the base product. Charge per text layer, per uploaded image, per print area used, per quantity tier, and combine rules to match how your shop actually prices custom work.

Every rule is evaluated and enforced on the server, so a price shown to a customer can never be manipulated from the browser. As the customer designs, a realtime price breakdown panel shows exactly which rules are contributing to the total.

Requires: this addon builds on Printing & Pricing — install that addon too.

Availability

Dynamic Pricing is coming soon. It is not sold, downloadable, licensed, or included in Everything Bundle yet. This page previews planned behavior; scope and release timing may change.

How to use it

  1. Create a rule

    From Veyo → Pricing, add a rule condition (e.g. "per text layer", "per uploaded image", "print area used") and its price adjustment.

  2. Save and it goes live immediately

    Rules apply to every matching product without further setup.

  3. Customer sees a live breakdown

    As the customer adds elements to their design, the price breakdown panel updates in real time, showing which rules applied.

FAQ

Can prices be manipulated by editing the page in the browser?

No — every rule is re-evaluated server-side at quote time, add-to-cart, and checkout. The browser only displays a preview of the server's calculation.

Does this replace Printing & Pricing?

No, it builds on it. Printing & Pricing manages the base catalog of printing types and base prices; Dynamic Pricing adds personalization-specific rules on top.
