What it does

Print Queue turns every paid order into an automated print pipeline. Each order becomes a job that moves through queued → processing → completed/failed states, tracked on an admin dashboard where you can filter, retry, and bulk-download.

For shops with RIP or press software, hotfolder export drops production artwork plus a JSON job ticket into a watched folder automatically, on a scheduled background worker — no manual triggering needed once it's configured.

Availability

Print Queue is coming soon. It is not sold, downloadable, licensed, or included in Everything Bundle yet. This page previews planned behavior; scope and release timing may change.

How to use it

  1. Orders join the queue automatically

    Every paid order becomes a job in the queue with no extra steps — no manual export needed.

  2. Configure a hotfolder (optional)

    Point Print Queue at a watched folder your RIP or press software monitors; artwork and a JSON job ticket are dropped there automatically.

  3. Manage jobs from the dashboard

    Filter by state, retry a failed job, or bulk-download a batch of completed jobs as a ZIP.

FAQ

Do I have to use a hotfolder?

No — the queue and dashboard work standalone; hotfolder export is an optional automation layer for shops with compatible RIP/press software.

What happens if a job fails?

Failed jobs stay visible on the dashboard with their state, and can be retried individually or in bulk.
